Licences and renewals
New licences, renewals and transfers from another supplier. We advise the smallest edition and the fewest modules that cover your work, model subscription against perpetual, and put all your European entities on one quotation in euro. We monitor renewal dates and tell you about new versions.

Training

Support
A support contract with a named contact who works with SPSS Statistics every day. Technical and statistical questions, by e-mail and telephone during Central European office hours, with a response within one business day. Where needed we escalate to IBM on your behalf.

Consultancy

Deployment
Rolling SPSS out to fifty laptops is IT work, not statistics. We package the installer for silent installation and deliver it with instructions for Intune, SCCM or your own tooling, set up licence servers, and plan upgrades so nobody loses a Tuesday.
