What does not change with the border
One quotation in euro
All your European entities on one quotation, invoiced from the Netherlands against your purchase order number. EU business customers are invoiced without Dutch VAT under the reverse-charge rules.
Central European office hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET, by telephone and e-mail. Finland is one hour ahead; everyone else shares our clock.
Service in English
Advice, support, training and invoicing in English or Dutch, with a named contact. Writing to us in German or French is welcome; the software's own interface is available in both.
Downloads from a portal in the EU
Licence documents and installers through the DASC customer portal, hosted in the European Union.
