- English. IBM does not ship Nordic-language interfaces for SPSS Statistics.

- In euro, from the Netherlands. EU customers are invoiced without Dutch VAT (reverse charge); Norway is outside the EU and the quotation explains the handling.

- Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 CET. Finland is one hour ahead.
- Training
- Online courses in English; in-company training online or on site.
