Who we are

DASC B.V. is the controller for the personal data described on this page.

The contact form

When you send the form we receive your name, organisation, country, topic, message and the e-mail address and/or telephone number you entered. We use them only to answer you. The form is delivered to our mailbox by e-mail; the web server keeps no copy. We keep the conversation in our mailbox for as long as it is relevant to your question or to a resulting agreement, and delete it afterwards.

The form carries no third-party CAPTCHA. Spam is filtered on our own server using a hidden field and a signed timestamp; nothing about you is stored for that.

E-mail and telephone

If you e-mail or call us, we process the details you give us for the same purpose: handling your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the preparation of a contract when you ask for a quotation.

Server logs

The web server records which pages are requested, the time, and a truncated IP address (the last part is removed on arrival). These logs are used only to keep the site running safely and are deleted after 14 days. The site is hosted in the European Union.

Cookies and trackers

None. This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties: no analytics, no social media buttons, no external fonts.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. E-mail info@dascanalytics.com and we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your own country.

Changes

We update this statement when the site changes. This version is dated 3 November 2026.
